Implementation of the operation under the JR P4I - 2022
AS SYSTEM d.o.o. has obtained funding for the implementation of the operation "Introduction of a new line for the production of screws with the implementation of solutions for the digitalisation of production in PE Bistrica ob Sotli" through the public call for proposals "Incentives for the co-financing of initial investments in less developed areas 2022 - P4I".
The subject of the project is the introduction of a new technological line for the production of screws, consisting of 8 machines for cold forging and rolling. The entire line will be equipped with sensors and trackers and associated software (amounting to less than 10% of the total investment), which will enable data analytics and robotization of production (we are introducing state-of-the-art technology in the technological process, namely 4D business analytics, which extracts data from machines, employees, ERP and the environment. The main objective of the investment is also to achieve material and energy efficiency savings in line with the Comprehensive National Energy and Climate Plan of the Republic of Slovenia.
The call for tenders is funded by the EU under the "Next generation" Recovery Facility (Recovery and Resilience Fund, https://www.eu-skladi.si[MS1] ).
The objective of the call is to co-fund investments pursuing the objectives of digitisation and the transition to a low-carbon, circular and climate-neutral economy.
The call for proposals aims to co-finance investments by SMEs that demonstrate material and energy efficiency in production, job creation or retention.
The investment is co-funded by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union through the Recovery and Resilience Fund.
